Logistics Park Kansas City

Logistics Park Kansas City (LPKC), located in Edgerton, Kansas, is a 1,700-acre distribution and warehouse development. The LPKC Intermodal Facility is the only full-service facility in the western two-thirds of the United States. It offers the combination of domestic intermodal service – container, trailer, expedited and standard service levels, international intermodal service, and direct-rail/carload service. Northland Park is an approximately 300-acre industrial development located just east of I-435 on Missouri Highway 210 in KCMO. The well-established park is home to Musicians Friend, FedEx Freight, FedEx Ground and the NS Intermodal facility, as well as strategically located near the Ford Claycomo Assembly Plant.
